MagnutAI helps teams and agencies plan campaigns, generate on-brand visuals, publish content, and optimize social media from one intelligent platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, use our AI generation services, or contact us for support. This may include:

• Email address and account credentials
• Profile information (username, avatar)
• Content you generate using our services
• Usage data and preferences

LinkedIn Integration

MagnutAI allows users to connect their LinkedIn account to enable content scheduling and publishing directly to LinkedIn. This section explains how that integration works and how your data is handled.

How the connection works

Users connect their LinkedIn account through LinkedIn's official OAuth authorization flow. You are shown LinkedIn's own consent screen and explicitly approve the permissions requested before any connection is made.

Permissions and access scope

MagnutAI only accesses the specific permissions you approve during the OAuth flow, which may include your basic profile information and the ability to publish posts on your behalf. MagnutAI does not request or use any permission beyond what is shown and approved at the time of connection.

Publishing scope

MagnutAI only publishes content to LinkedIn Pages that you are authorised to manage. MagnutAI never publishes to a Page or profile without your direct action initiating that publish.

Information received and stored

When you connect LinkedIn, MagnutAI may receive and store:

• Your LinkedIn profile identifier and basic profile details (name, profile picture)
• The list of LinkedIn Pages you manage and are authorised to publish to
• OAuth access and refresh tokens required to maintain the connection
• Records of content published through MagnutAI to LinkedIn (for your own history/audit purposes)

Purpose of processing

This information is used solely to:

• Authenticate your LinkedIn connection
• Display your connected Pages within MagnutAI
• Publish content to LinkedIn on your explicit instruction
• Maintain a history of what was published, when, and where

Retention

LinkedIn connection data and tokens are retained for as long as your LinkedIn account remains connected to MagnutAI. If you disconnect your account, associated tokens are deleted immediately. Publishing history records may be retained for a limited period thereafter for your account records, unless you request earlier deletion.

Disconnecting LinkedIn

You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from your MagnutAI account settings (Social Accounts / Connected Accounts section). Disconnecting immediately revokes MagnutAI's access and deletes the stored access and refresh tokens.

Requesting deletion of LinkedIn-derived data

You may request full deletion of any LinkedIn-derived data associated with your account by emailing [email protected] (or your registered privacy contact) with your request. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe and confirm once complete.

Token security

All LinkedIn OAuth tokens are stored encrypted at rest and are never exposed in client-side code or logs.

No sale of data

MagnutAI does not sell, rent, or trade any LinkedIn-derived data to third parties.

No scraping

MagnutAI does not scrape LinkedIn or access LinkedIn data outside of LinkedIn's official API and OAuth-authorised channels.
