Overview

When managing multiple brands, cross-contamination is catastrophic (e.g., posting Client A's edgy content to Client B's corporate feed). MagnutAI prevents this at the architectural level with Dedicated Brand Workspaces. Each workspace is a strictly isolated silo containing its own Brand Kit, creatives, calendars, and social connections. Built on top of this isolation is a robust Collaboration suite for internal team and external client approvals.

Workspace Architecture: Step-by-Step

1. Workspace Creation: An agency admin clicks "New Workspace" and names it after the client.

2. Isolation Guarantee: This new workspace starts completely empty. It has zero access to the Brand Kit or generated assets of any other workspace.

3. Role Assignment: The admin invites team members, assigning specific roles:

Admin: Full access (billing, integrations, deletion).
Manager: Can generate campaigns and publish.
Editor: Can use the Studio and draft campaigns, but cannot publish without approval.
Viewer/Client: Can only view, comment, and approve.

4. DNA Setup: The team runs the Brand Kit extraction for this specific client.

In-App Collaboration & Approval Workflow

Instead of exporting graphics and emailing them to a client for review, MagnutAI centralizes feedback.

One-Click Approvals: A Manager drafts a 30-day campaign and clicks "Request Approval".
Secure Review Links: The system generates a secure, shareable web link. This link can be sent to an external client who *does not* have a MagnutAI account.
Contextual Commenting: The client opens the link, sees the calendar, clicks a specific poster, and drops a pin on the image: *"Make this logo bigger"*.
Unified Feedback Loop: The Editor sees the comment directly inside the MagnutAI interface, uses Magic Edit to fix it, and resolves the comment.

Limitations & Edge Cases

Hard Limits: Workspace limits depend on the pricing tier. Starter plans include 1 workspace (5 Brand Profiles max). Agency plans include unlimited workspaces.
Asset Migration: Because workspaces are strictly isolated, you cannot "copy" a generated graphic from Workspace A to Workspace B. You must download and re-upload it manually to enforce data safety.
